To use for wounds: Echinacea is very effective when applied to a cut, graze or wound that is showing signs of infection. Apply regularly during the day or when changing the dressing. Very soon any redness around the wound will disappear and evidence of healing will become evident.
To use as preventative treatment: Echinacea can be used as a support to the immune system - try taking 10 -15 drops a day in a little water or fruit juice.
To use for treatment: When you feel a scratchy throat that hints of the imminent arrival of a cold or flu, you can try 10-15 drops in some water or fruit juice every few hours. Most of the time it will reduce the severity of the illness and reduce the recovery time. Take the drops three times a day until you feel better.
